A. In 4 months, there is nothing else you can feed to the baby except breastmilk or formula milk. It is recommended to introduce semi solid foods only between the age of 5-6 months as by then their immunity and digestive system develop a little bit. You should feed 6-7 times a day and if required, one time night feed too.
