ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 4 years agoA. you can wait till one year after delivery for the periods to occur no medication is needed for that just maintain good nutrition along with adequate water intake also have daily walking and meditation which is very beneficial

If you are doubtful that you might have got pregnant then would suggest you to consult your gynaecologist for a personal evaluation and seek further advice. Clarify all your concerns and follow your doctor’s advice. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Good luck and take care.
