Q.

#AskTheExpert over a month now nasal congestion is not going..using nasoclear daily esp before sleep but it is irritating the Baby n interrupts sleep. baby otrivin also used. what else can be done for it to clear thoroughly.. he is 4months

A. ok thank you. also he Has vomited milk yest afternoon once n mid night around 4am. he has large vsd n we just started his meds as per pediatric cardiologist. he has not vomited today since morning. are these related in anyway or it's general spit ups coz of known reasons? he has not vomited till date from birth. he is only on mothers milk.

A. if the babies 4 months old so in this age nasal congestion is very common because of the narrow nasal passage you can use saline drops frequently along with indirect steam inhalation

A. hi parent please give gentle massage on chest and limbs with Babyhug rapid relief rub please give daily sun light exposure
