Q.

#AskTheExpert our baby boy (13months) weight is 8.5kg. He is playful and active. Mother fed till 8months. Later some solid foods like rice along with cow milk, mother feeding continued at nights only. No digestion problems so far. Can replacing cow milk with lactogen help weight gain?

A. You can replace no problem and for weight gain give milk and milk products add desi ghee in meals one banana per day sweet potato pumpkin boiled potato can be given and a healthy and nutritious diet
