A. there is always a chance of neonatal jaundice in small children within one or maximum 2 weeks of birth in which the skin as the eyes may appear yellow. you have to meet the doctor for evaluation of the jaundice. normal simple jaundice will go away on its own with only breastfeeding but if it is more your doctor will advise phototherapy. the yellowness from the eyes may take around 1 to 1 and half month to totally go away. there is no need to worry just complete phototherapy which will be given by the doctor

A. Hello mom Jaundice is very common in newborn baby so you should not worry about it at all it takes around 5 to 10 days to cure fully. You should just follow the instructions given by your doctor and there is nothing to worry about. Baby should be totally on mother’s milk or formula milk but there is no need to give anything else till 61
