RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl9 months agoA. Brozeet kids for dry cough can be used for the child as of now you can give it thrice in a day with a gap of eight hours each apart from that make sure to avoid giving anything cold in nature and having a tendency that is what you need to avoid
