A. Hello good afternoon !! Baby mostly sleep in the first 2-3 months around 16-18 hours only wake up for feed,cry for feed,wet nappy,any discomfort. By 2-3 months baby start listening , identifying voices,loud noises, give smile ,moves legs, hands like cycle, making small voice like listening, tries to roll over,or side by.
