once you reach 38 weeks you can start doing squats , but with someone's support.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 4 m old girl2 years agoA. Just eat well relax take proper rest and start doing at least the work of thousand to 2000 steps every day for a normal delivery and with the help of somebody you can do little bit of quotes also that helps a lot in butterfly position also
