If u r asking for your child then try to provide all the essential vitamins and Nutrients through the diet
Include 2 fruits every day and 3 - 4 katori of vegetables per day
Also include milk, paneer, curd, cheese, oats, eggsC ragi, seeds like pumpkin/ flaxseed/ seasame seeds in form of ladoo , dry fruits, sprouts, soya in the diet of the child
Try this for few months and if still the child is weak or falling sick then u can go for supplements

please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your child daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi butter paneer ghee milk etc
please include green leaf veggies and fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet
please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
