#AskTheExpert now our baby is 6month old,she started crawling and reacting. can we start feeding wheat apple cerelac to our baby. apart from these what all home food we can feed to baby for her growth?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes, can start... Start by offering small amounts of solids once a day.. preffer day time to feed.
Follow three day rule.
Breastfeeding or formula feeding should continue alongside the solid foods, as they still form an essential part of the infant diet till 1 year.
Give vegetables (eg pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree) fruits (eg cooked pears/apple, ripe banana) .
Moong Daal water, rice kangi.
Ragi porridge, rice porridge.
