U Can start giving rise Dal water followed by vegetable purees vegetable soup pumpkin soup fruits porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato all kind of dairy products you can give a good amount of water of course has recommended to go for you can give coconut water also Suji Kheer Upma these things are best to go for
