Give more of Proper hydration to the baby during summers by giving coconut water and other juices .Pinching puts pressure on the blood vessels and helps stop the blood flow. If the bleeding doesn't stop, pinch the nose again for at least five minutes even to check if the bleeding has stopped.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. hi it happens because of many reasons like dry Mucus, inadequate intake of fluids or high BP etc so please avoid more physical activities make sure your child takes enough rest keep your child well hydrated use nasal saline drops
