Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children2 years agoA. To start with, You can give solids one time a day. Tgen after a coyple of weeks make it two meals per day. Then after a month or so you could make it thrice a day. It all depends on tge comfort level of ur baby. Take it slowly.
