#AskTheExpert need to check for how long rantac can be given to a new born for gas and colic. currently dr gave .6 ml twice for 5 days and symptoms are relieved, but once problem comes again can we extend giving rantac?

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. not required Check if the baby is having any colic pain give colicaid drops as prescribed by your doctor feed the baby in sitting and c arm position burp everytime after feeding adequately maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output
