#AskTheExpert navika is 5 years old and not allowed to have milk so how can I give her substitute of milk?

Dear mother some kids are allergic to milk in that case we soya milk products or America are introducing but all these should only be under doctors recommendation only whosoever has recommended your child has not to take a milk must guide you after proper physical check up as to what products particularly can be given to your babyWrite Your Answer Here

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please give your baby lassi, curd, and paneer and other milk products. and also you can add fruits puree like mangoes and banana.
