#AskTheExpert Namskar sir, After only brest feed, now i started feed fruit juice. My baby poop hard now & today a little drop of blood also came. Do i have to visit dr immediately?

blood in stool can be due to constipation. give fiber rich fruit and vegetable, avoid over feeding.

papaya meshed isvery good
use Babyhug nibbler to give her milk
better to use fruits messh than the juice
use simply purified water having tds higher than 350 for drinking
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered
