#AskTheExpert namasthe, breast milk is very low from delivery, my baby depends on mostly formula milk. can I introduce nestum rice from 5th month

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. no.. dont give nestum at this age. Continue breastmilk or formual milk till six months..as your babies digestive system is not well than better to give solids after completing six months.
