Q.

#AskTheExpert Myself and my wife tested covid positive and we were under room quarantine and Dhyan was with my parents. Now he is having severe cough. While sleeping no difficulties are there.

A. Give home made food. Crush and boil tulsi and ginger and filter to make tulsi ginger water. (Honey can be added to this tulsi ginger water if age of the more than 1 yxear of age) Give more water to drink to keep the child hydrated. Also turmeric with milk can be given twice daily. Saline drops for nasal blockage.
