A. Fever is commonly seen in babies and mostly it's viral infection which is very common in children. But if fever is high grade and persisting or assosiated with specific symptoms than other causes should also be ruled out . Antipyretic like paracetamol or ibuprofen or mefenamic acid are usually given to reduce fever . Cold sponging with lukewarm water is also helpful . Doctor consultation should be done if symptgoms like exceshcsive irritability dullness loss of appetite less urine output is there .

A. Crocin Is the basic medicine that your wife and go ahead with it is the best and the safest medicine that can be consumed during lactation for fever so your voice can have it and she can repeat it after again 6 to 8 hours of the fever increases over the period she can go for this
