ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. Lactare capsules or powder is a safe medicine or Take CurePerium powder with milk twice a day. Also, avoid taking stress as it reduced milk production. Take 1 tsp methi seed with warm water will help.
