Q.

#asktheexpert my two months old has developed a cold and cough and has been advised hyperneb nebulizer. When I give the nebulizer, sometimes my son has his mouth open. Is there a concern if some of the vapour get into his mouth.

A. yes there is no problem if the vapour goes to the nose as well as oral cavity because from there it goes to the throat only so it is totally normal and it is advisable that is the child is taking from the oral cavity it will help more
