Q.

#AskTheExpert my twins are 15months old, I just started giving them cows milk. they are on formula is it okay to give formula milk and cows milk in a day ? would that cause any Digestion problems?

A. Whole cow's milk (3.25% milkfat) and whole, pasteurized goat's milk fortified with vitamin D and folic acid are the only suitable milks or milk alternatives for children less than two years old.
