#AskTheExpert my twins are 14 months old, they are taking formula milk. I would like to switch to cows milk. how many ounce can I give them to start with? kindly advise

A. hello ypu may start with half a glass first and then increase the quantity day be day and you can be giving your child total milk around 500 ml in a day which should be safe and sufficient also .. include all dairy products also which should be safe
