#AskTheExpert My toddler just turned 3. Previously we used to give her Decolic for tummy aches but lately it is not working, can you please suggest an alternative for my 3 year old's tummy aches?

A. hi usually it happens because of indigestion or constipation or infection. so, please keep your child well hydrated. provide natural Probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk banana etc in your child's diet. it will help to maintain good bacteria in intestine. encourage your child to do more physical activities it will help to make digestion easy. please don't force feed or overfeed your child. maintain good hygiene
