#asktheexpert my toddler is 2.1 years old … he is not speaking .. he uses to say Amma mama appa thatha .. he can able to understand everything we speak.. is this normal or not ?

A. Usually it can understand basic things that you say this age can understand can follow your commands also like the simple ones which on the fan and pass me the remote so if your child is unable to do these things I think it would be good for you to consult the doctor
