Gayatri DawdaMom of 4 children4 years agoA. Hi This is common in pregnancy. beacuse if the growing size of the foetuses. Try to take small frequent meals. take foods like lemon water, Buttermilk, curd, fennel seed water, vegetable soup s , coconut water as these are good for digestion.
