Q.

#asktheexpert my son will be 4 months soon i feel he's not full.. I've combined formula milk twice or thrice with breastmilk how can i increase breastmilk and what at how much intervals should i feed him please suggest food or supplements to increase breastmilk I'm already taking galact granules

A. Hello mom feed the baby on demand , this is in terms of breast feeding formula feed depends on how much quantity they are able to take and sustain it. check on the weight gain ,multivitamin syrup an d vitmain D3 are recommended till the age of 1 year. for you you can include the following foods in your daily rotuine such as garlic , oats, panjrri, dry fruits , milk, drumstick , fenugreek leaves, jeera, ajwain, saunf water , flax seeds
