#asktheexpert . My son whose age is 2 years and 6 months always resists the feeding. sometimes we have to force feed him. what to do in such situation?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom avoid force feeding the child that will do more harm than any good , as it’s summer they won’t feel like eating much . So what you can do is to either make a meal time interesting and fun get some age appropriate books and read and sing while feeding . Other is the child needs to get involved in some physical activity so that he gets tired and feels hungry other is avoid unnecessary snacking
