Best to give steam and also protect baby with wollens . Take flu vaccine yearly for protection from flu . See a doctor if fever

During cough do not give curd, Banana, citrus fruits like ornage mausambi pineapple lemon etc.. Give warm water to drink in a day, warm soup, chicken soup that helps to get relief from cough and cold, warm food.
