#AskTheExpert My son who is two years old not even speaking a single word.... how to identify whether he's having a problem in communication skills? Is there any speech therapy available for a two years old?

khyati patelMom of a 5 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Babies actually could pick up some words at this age but if your baby is not speaking a single word then I think you should once meet the doctor and check whether there is any speech issue or it is taking time as normal.

Neelam ChinnappaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. parichayam aur 2020 question you will first need to get a urine test done to make sure there are no issues and if you baby is able to comprehend and follow instructions so clearly it's not a real issue just make sure that if any doubt you get a basic checkup done by a pediatrician and in the meanwhile continue to speak to him throughout the day and have zero screen time
