#AskTheExpert my son who is 2yr 9 months old is complaining from last few days for stomach ache usually during night time or mornings. please guide what can be the reason.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Stomach pain in children is a common complaint seen frequently.
There could be many reasons for this .it can be functional or due to some pathology which needs to be ruled out.
Common causes atre constipation gaseous discomfort worm infestation gastritis gastroentderitis or some chronic infection .
Syp cyclopam 5 ml can be given sos for stomach pain and consult your doctor for proper examintation to rule out the cause .
