#asktheexpert my son weight is 25 kg after completing 10 years of age and TSH level is 5.5. please advise

Weight is slightly on the lower side for the age, but some variation is acceptable as far as the child is active for their age and eating healthy.
though the levels of thyroid is slightly leading to 0.5 reading higher.
could be inital stage of hypothyroidism.
but best is to consult a dr for it, and see if mediction can be taken to get it under control
