Hello ma’am It cannot be due to formula milk because formula milk normally helps in gaining proper weight to a child if a child is underweight or something so I don’t think so that because of that probably whatever your child is eating is not suiting your child or maybe a child is not gaining weight because of that so I think you need to work upon that area by giving a better diet to your child
