#AskTheExpert my son suffered with constipation he is age is 3 years present using muout syrup and oncal syrup but he is struggling when got motion he shouting pain on back whole how to solve this problem

Constipation is a common problem in children for which diet modification is important like including high fibres in the diet for which you can give seasonal fruits like papaya, watermelon and seasonal vegetables will also help , can give daliya or oatsmeal also .give more liquids.
giving excess of milk may cause constipation too.also avoid banana which may aggravate .lactulose or polyethylene glycol may be of good help,but give any mebdicine or suppository only when prescribed.
