A. along with other factors like hunger and thirst it is also important to take care of environmental disturbance
it is very important to make the child comfortable during sleep
it is important to take care of the bed on which the child is sleeping
it is advisable to keep the bed warm where you can use a warm cloth below the sleeping baby.
you can also use a room heater to keep the environment warm
by preventing temperature variations around the child there are decreased chances of cough and cold in the child
give adequate feeding and see if the child is thirsty or not
the environment of the child should be noise free and light free and disturbance free
if the child wakes up in between you can offer either milk or water in whichever way the child is comfortable
it is very common that sleep will improve with increasing age of the child and sometimes it may take up to 2 years for sleep stabilization
