#AskTheExpert My son's nose has been blocked at yesterday night, due to which he wasn't able to sleep. yesterday in whole day 5-6 times he sneezed, body temperature is normal, please suggest what to do

Hi mommy Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
