#AskTheExpert my son now a days he is lyk getting angry beating and he will bite some or the other. he is one yr 10 mnths

A. it may be due to iron def . Proper nutrition is key for building immunity in children. They should be given green leafy vegetable along with atleast a fruit daily in diet. Plenty of water should be given . If want to give any health drink like protein powder then can be given after 2 yr of age like pediasure or groviva protein powder with milk
