#asktheexpert my son nine months old. one week before a lightly visible round shaped white patches are seen in his buttocks.now it's become red colour..is it something related to fungal infection..and what I should do??

A. Hello, your baby boy is 9 months old and he is having some patches on his buttocks so mostly fungal infection and needs ointment Surfaz Sn two time a day

A. White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skin it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper mousturisation of skin is very important and maintaigfn a good hygiene .
