3.5 ml 2 time orally for 1week.

4 ml 4/6 hourly for fever 100
Allegra suspension
5 ml 2 time orally for 1week
Olopat Eye Drop
2 drop 2 time in the affected eye
MSone Cream to apply over the neck area 2 time for 1week.
No Oil Massage
Enough of water orally
Ondem Syrup
5 ml so for Vomiting.

since currently the seasonal changes are also going on so chances of having viral is quite natural in kids but due to the current pandemic with parents are really work it so do not worry weight for 3 days at least because in 3 days the medication starts working keep your baby properly hydrated make sure that you are putting on clothes according to the temperature you are not excessively making your baby feel the heat and try to give lots and lots of fluids as much as you can to your child along with the medication and God bless your child will be fine

we are giving calpol 250 for fever , my child has only fever and it comes at the regular interval of 8 hrs and one eye is looking at reddish , pls suggest it is just viral fever or something else 
no symptoms other than fever

it will be good if you try to ensure that your the baby is not been given any Paracetamol temperature is always do 1° ahead or above what you measure from underarms so it is perfectly
