Okay so if your child is understanding and responding well to everything that that is good then it’s not a problem still you should consult your speech therapist once if there’s a deal in the speech they can help you with some therapy or medication to follow otherwise if your child is speaking certain words that I don’t think so that would be any problem with the speech as such
