As they throw tantrum for very small reasons for attending them ,no giving any toys or sleep dizzyness.
Check his speech skills,cognitive development whether he asking his needs by speech ,responding to commnds,responding to his name,eye contact and all
If good at speech and milestones then whenever he throw tantrums calm,soothe him by hugging /cuddling slowly ask the reason divert him by showing his favorite toy,rhyme ,playing outdoor...

Sometimes it can be because of change in weather also or if baby doesn’t take sufficient means so you have to take care about that and try to give daily routine food to your baby. Baby should take at least four meals in a day so maintain a diet plan according to that
