#AskTheExpert My son is two months old and he is suffering from cold and cough. It come once in a week and continues for two three days. if we treat with medicine, it's getting suppressed and if we stop the medicine again it's troubles him.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cough and Cold should be treated only after a proper examination by a doctor as there may be some associated factor .
As the first line of treatment you can give steam inhalation whichv would be helpful .
Cough Syp should be given only after a proper evaltuation .
