#asktheexpert My son is turning 1year old this month. Hia primary source of nourish is still formula. He does eat solid but not as much.. Is it normal for kids to still depend on formula at this age . What can I do to get him to eat more solid food.

A. Hello dear parent! Reduce the formula intake and slowly but surely increase the solids. Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is healthy and staple in your family. Serve your child healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating
