Vaishali TanwarMom of a 8 yr 3 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi, Give your baby 3 meals and 2-3 snacks in a day.
Add ghee or homemade butter in your baby food.
Add dry fruits, paneer, boiled egg, curd etc in your baby diet.
Give energy dense fruits and vegetables like banana, chikku, potatoes, sweet potatoes along with all the seasonal fruits and vegetables.
Avoid giving juices and thin soups.
Limit the quantity of milk as liquids fills the baby tummy leaving less space for solids.
Consult with your pediatrician once for any nutritional deficiency.
Take care and happy parenting.
