but over all dietary changes can support the health and condition ,
so include seasonal fruits and vegetables as vitmains and minerals are necesary. such as vitmain D - were in sunlight exposure , fish, eggs , mushrooms etc
vitamin B - include dry fruits m nuts and seeds leafy greens , also for zinc includ epumpkin seeds,beans m etc , lean meats as well
omega 3 fatty acids in form of walnuts , flax seeds chia seeds as such
turmeic and ginger as well would be helpful
probiotic foods such as curds yogurt m kefir , fermented foods as well,
limited his processed and sugary foods as such
