A. for proper fluent speech ,you need to wait and watch till 3 years of age of the child to speak in complete sentences clearly and fluently. if its not so then consult the available pediatrician/doctor to know if speech therapy is required.till that time keep interacting as much as possible in your spoken language and involve the child in language learning activities using audio-visual aids too. dont worry if other milestones are normal this will also be achieved in time at times it may get delayed..there are variations in children b_fgty age for this. . .
