SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi that's great. You have to first introduce to dal ka paani for a week than rice ka paani for a week Anything you introduce should be continued for atleast 4-5 days minimum Gradually you can introduce one one item introduce each item gradullay
