A. Don’t give any medicine to tue child fir weight gain just focus on giving a healthy nutritious diet and give one banana daily to the baby and add desi ghee in meals and make besan laddoos at home or sheera

A. hello some kids can be slow weight gainer but if active it is usually not a problem just try to include fruits vegetable green leafy vegetable dry fruits and dairy products which are all healthy and nutritious which will help in the growth of the child and nothing to worry
