you may develope healthy positive relation with food by not forcing your child.
create calm and relaxed environment at mealtimes.
avoid watching TV mobile or any other gadgets especially at mealtimes
provide your child with 2-3 healthy options to choose from on his plate.this give him sense of control and make him more likely to try something new.
