#AskTheExpert my son is pooping in 2 alternative days , he is 3 month old, please advise.

A. baby is 3 month Constipation is common in exclusively breastfed babies feed the baby in sitting and c arm position burp everytime after feeding do cycling exercise wait till 10 days if the problem perissts kindly consult your doctor

A. Hey momma ...Exclusively bf babies may poop 10 times in 1 day, or once in 10 days - both are normal. That's cos they are not taking anything solid in their diet. As long as daily pee count is above 6-7 and baby is not uncomfortable, please don't worry about poop frequency. If it helps, share my experience. My daughter used to poop once a week, I would never stress about cleaning poop 😂 But once she started solids, post 6m, she made us clean 4-5 times in a day 😅
